Great location that is literally steps to the beach. Cross Coast Blvd. and pass 2 homes and you are on the sandy beach of Del Mar. The unit has windows and sliding glass doors that let in light and sunshine. I love to stay in this unit. It has a large deck with BBQ right off the kitchen. Walking distance to Seagrove Park and Jakes and the Poseidon and village. You will love staying here and won't want to go home. Vacation rental 3500 a month winter, 1250 a week winter 2850 holiday week winter, and 3500-4000 a week summer rental starting memorial day weekend to after labor day, rates vary by occupancy. Utilities of 50 a week for weekly. Monthly pays all utilities. Price for Del Mar race horse meet is $16,000 plus utilities. Short term rental monthly from 10/15 to 6/15 and summer weekly after that.
