Wonderful unit in DMBC. Unit location is very close to beach access, club hse and pools. Parking for 2 cars is right at front door so very convenient. Unit is very light and bright. Has been a good money maker in the past as vacation rental. Makes for great long term too. Well designed floor plan. Eat in kitchen and formal dining. Bedrooms are huge and both are master. Great location in complex. Good size front deck with a bit of ocean view. Shows well.

Unit is in very good shape original. Seller had tenants renting short term in all seasons. This is the best complex on the bluff. Has 3 pools and a wonderful club house that has been rented for weddings and other private parties. The units right on the bluff are in the millions of dollars.
